Adult Polish language classes cover all levels of teaching. There is a possibility to prepare for a certificate exam at the B1 and B2 levels. Education is mainly based on textbooks from Glossa Publishing - "Polish Language Step by Step". Before enrolling in lessons, it is necessary to consult with the instructor to determine the level of advancement and needs. Materials are included in the cost of the classes. These primarily include worksheets, textbooks, presentations, and online games. After completing the first lesson, you should reserve the date for the next one on the calendar and make the payment 24 hours before the start of the classes. It is possible to pay in advance for four or five lessons. Learning proceeds according to the British educational system, which means all semester breaks are taken into account. However, this does not apply to langauge classes for adults. All lessons are conducted in a 1:1 system. The price for an individual lesson is £20 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering my services for your learning needs. To ensure a smooth experience for both of us, I have established the following booking and cancellation policy: 1. Advance Booking: Both individual lessons and courses must be booked in advance to secure your spot. This allows us to allocate resources and provide the best learning experience for you. 2. Course Withdrawal: If you wish to withdraw from a course, you may do so within 1 month of the course start date. In such cases, all costs associated with the course will be fully refunded. 3. Individual Lesson Packages: For those who have purchased individual lesson packages, we offer flexibility in scheduling. The lessons within the purchased package can be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. This gives you the convenience to reschedule lessons if you're unable to attend your weekly session. 4. Lesson Package Cancellation or Changes: If you've purchased a lesson package, you have the flexibility to cancel or change your package within 21 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the package is considered final and non-refundable. If you need to cancel an individual lesson, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. This ensures that I can adjust my schedules accordingly. 5. Last-Minute Cancellations: I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Therefore, you are allowed to cancel a lesson for the last minute (within 24 hours of the scheduled start time) twice without any penalty. 6. Third Last-Minute Cancellation: On the third instance of a last-minute lesson cancellation, a refund will not be provided. I encourage learners to prioritize their commitments and manage their schedules accordingly.
